Servicing

Why get your gas fire or stove serviced?

The continued and correct operation of gas fires and gas stoves can only be guaranteed with an Annual Service. At Safeheat Service, we ensure you can safely heat your home without worrying about whether your gas appliance is safe to use.

As well as checking the operation of any safety controls, we check the flue or chimney for correct ventilation.

Carrying out a service allows us to identify any potential problems and, in many cases, prevent them from developing into a costly repair or replacement.

We are Gas Safe registered for domestic appliances for both LPG and Natural Gas

Why get your solid fuel burner serviced?

It’s a little-known fact that gas heating appliances outsell wood burners by 20 to 1, but 75% of Carbon Monoxide related deaths are from using wood burners or solid fuel stoves that haven’t been maintained or are as a result of bad installation. Correct use and maintenance are therefore essential, as the safe operation of your wood burner can only be assured with correct installation, use, and maintenance. Our Safeheat service will ensure your wood burner or solid fuel stove are kept in top shape from their look to their safety features.

Early intervention with servicing not only restores the aesthetics of your stove. It could even prevent costly future repairs, extending the life of the appliance and avoiding expensive replacement.
