How We Work
You're in safe hands with Safeheat Service
Contact us to discuss your requirements, i.e. Stove or gas fire installation, servicing, flue lining, fireplace, installation etc.
If you require a gas fire service, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time to visit. The gas fire will be inspected as we go through the service and we will advise you if your fire requires additional works such as replacement parts.
If your enquiry relates to a new installation such as a stove, fireplace, gas fire or flue system we will ask you for some information and discuss your requirements, providing guidance and advice, then we provide a pre-survey estimate and if this is acceptable, we will conduct a free site survey.
At this point we can discuss any variables and confirm how the work will be undertaken and provide a firm quote. Once the quote is accepted, we will agree a suitable date for installation and you, the customer, can relax knowing everything is in hand.
On the installation day, we start around 8am. If we are creating a new fireplace opening or building works, we ask that the room has been cleared of any breakable or valuable items, we sheet up the remaining furniture and undertake the installation, removing all rubbish from site.
Once the installation has been completed and the appliance commissioned, we go through the operation process with the customer, so they fully understand how to use their new wood burning or multi-fuel stove or gas appliance.
The appliance will be registered, and we advise the servicing schedule should start 12 months after installation and book a date in the diary (for woodburning and gas appliances we also offer chimney sweeping).
Our customers return to us year after year because we provide great customer service and good, honest advice.
All solid fuel appliance installations are certified with a HETAS Certificate and Gas appliances with a Gas Safe Certificate.
